The AlO® Hybrid Solar Generator with Panels, model BL-AIO-20, is a powerhouse designed to meet the diverse energy demands of modern residential applications. With a system rated output power of 20 kVA, it operates on a versatile 400V/230V at 50Hz/60Hz, 3-phase electrical supply, tailored to customer requirements for optimal performance.

Equipped with a minimum battery storage capacity of 20 kWh and expandable up to 40 kWh, the AlO® ensures a reliable and consistent power supply, even during peak demand periods or when the grid is unavailable.

The output terminals are designed for maximum utility, featuring robust copper terminals and CEE 32A/5P sockets, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of appliances and devices.

The expandable dimensions of the AlO® system are 5900mm x 6350mm x 7000mm, providing ample space for all components while maintaining a compact footprint. The loading dimensions are 3950mm x 2280mm x 2230mm, and with a net weight of 2800kg, the system is designed for easy transportation and maneuverability. It can be conveniently loaded into a 40' High Cube container, with a capacity to hold up to 3 units.

The AlO® system is built to perform in a wide range of temperatures, with a discharge temperature range of -20℃ to 50℃, ensuring reliable operation in various climates.

The heart of the AlO® system is a prime power generator set rated at 13 kVA. It boasts a fuel consumption rate of 3.7 liters per hour at 100% load, making it highly efficient. The fuel type is diesel, with an option for a natural gas engine, catering to different fuel preferences and availability. The fuel tank capacity is designed to last for 24 hours, providing uninterrupted power supply.

The generator set includes essential functions such as automatic start-up, alarm systems, automatic stop, emergency stop, and load management, ensuring that the system operates safely and efficiently.

The AlO® system is equipped with 12 high-performance solar panels, each with a maximum power output of 420W and a power tolerance of 0 to +5W. These panels are designed to harness solar energy effectively, contributing to the system's overall energy generation and reducing reliance on non-renewable energy sources.
