GEL Battery System
- The battery bank consists of 8 high-capacity 150Ah DC12V GEL batteries, providing a total of 14,400Wh of energy storage. This extensive capacity allows the trailer to operate for extended periods, such as 3 days with a 160W load, ensuring continuous surveillance even without direct sunlight.
CCTV Mounting and Lighting
- A single CCTV mounting box is integrated onto the trailer, equipped with dual white and blue strobe lights. This not only enhances visibility but also serves as a warning signal for approaching emergency vehicles or pedestrians. The box is strategically positioned at a height of approximately 9 meters from the ground, maximizing surveillance coverage.
Controller and Charging
- The system incorporates a 40A MPPT controller with a remarkable 95% efficiency, which optimizes energy management and charging performance. The charging time for the entire battery bank is approximately 6.9 hours, ensuring quick recovery after extensive use.
Mast and Lifting System
- The trailer features a sturdy Q235 steel square telescopic mast, 8.5 meters in height, consisting of 5 sections. Equipped with an electric winch, it can lift up to 100kg, ensuring the stability and safety of the CCTV equipment. The mast is windproof, withstanding winds up to 117kph.
Trailering and Safety Features
